Island Dance Studio
Your Centre for Artistic Development

"It has always been my dream to own a dance studio that embodies artistic passion and is truly motivating and inspiring to all who enter"
~Richelle Kinley, Artistic Director
Island Dance Studio

On September 12, 1999 Richelle Kinley's dream came to life when she opened the doors to her first studio. Today, the words above still ring true as she proudly celebrates 11 years of dance in Port Perry.

Trained at the National Ballet School, Island Dance Studio is a place where Richelle and her highly trained staff members offer a wide range of classes from Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary Modern, Musical Theatre and Competitive. All the teachers are qualified by reputable long term organizations and, most importantly, care about art as a dance form.

"My philosophy is to help students achieve personal and artistic goals through quality dance training and performance in an inspiring, supportive and safe environment. The objective is to instill the love and appreciation of the performing arts in both students and audiences."
